Book your flight!

Pay attention to the rules and adhere to the instructions of the marshalls at all times.

  • Only SOAR socks can be worn within the park. Other Trampoline Park socks WILL NOT be accepted.
  • We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your jump to ensure we can brief you in plenty of time and to avoid missing jump time.
  • Anyone under the age of 12 will need a Parent/Guardian on-site at ALL times.
  • Asking you to complete all Safety Contracts before you arrive.
  • We ask that you vacate the premises 15 minutes after your jump has finished to allow us enough time to clean for the next hour.
  • Refunds will NOT be offered less than 7 days in advance. Party refunds are a minimum of 14 days before the event.

General rules:

  • Every person must have read and completed a SOAR safety contract and onsite briefing before using the park.
  • If a person is under 18, a SOAR safety contract must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session to allow time to book in, fill in any safety contracts (that may not have been completed on-line) and watch the safety briefing.
  • For hygiene and to avoid slipping, all persons must wear SOAR trampoline socks when jumping – Jumpers must wear the valid-coloured wristband at all times during jumping.
  • Under no circumstances are people under the influence of alcohol or drugs allowed use of the park.
  • Look out for other jumpers and give way to the smaller ones.
  • Pregnant women or people with health concerns are advised not to jump.
  • We recommend jumpers with heart, back or neck conditions or with weak limbs caused by previous fractures should seek medical advice before participating.
  • No lying or sitting on the trampolines. Take a break if required in the seating area.
  • Grabbing of the safety pads or safety netting is prohibited.
  • No double bouncing, running, wrestling or rough play.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.
  • Always land with two feet and aim to stay in the middle of the trampoline mat. Never jump onto the padding around the edge of the mat. Never run on trampolines
  • Do not operate mobile phones, cameras or similar equipment on the trampolines.
  • Always listen to the marshalls.
  • Bad language will not be tolerated.
  • No food or drink (including gum) is permitted on the trampolines.
  • No double somersaults or flips or tricks over the pads are allowed. Single somersaults are allowed but no more than two in a row unless on the tumble track trampolines. Only jump or tumble within your capability.
  • No belt buckles, clothing studs, jewellery (including earrings and other piercings that may catch) , key chains, or sharp objects are permitted on the trampolines. – No loose change in pockets.
  • No outside drinks or food permitted, unless special permission is granted by management.
  • Our open jump session is for participants aged 4+ only.

Foam Pit:

  • Do not dive into the pit head first.
  • Exit the pit as soon as possible.
  • Do not hide or bury yourself in the pit. Someone could land on you by mistake.
  • No Backflips.
  • Do not jump until it is clear and safe to do so.
  • Remove all items from your pockets. If you lose something it cannot be found until there is scheduled maintenance.

Dodgeball:

  • No head shots or kicking the ball is allowed.
  • You are out if hit by a thrown ball.
  • The marshalls' decision is final when it comes to refereeing a Dodgeball game.
  • If you are out, leave the court.
  • You can deflect an incoming ball with one in your hands.
  • Catching a ball thrown by an opponent before it touches the ground means that they are out.
  • You are out if you touch the neutral zone.

Basketball Slam Dunk:

  • Stay in your lane.
  • Do not hang off of the hoops or supporting equipment.
  • One person per trampoline at a time.

Battle Beam:

  • Only 2 at a time.
  • No running.
  • Do not grab hold of the other person's baton.
  • Make sure you don’t hit above the shoulders.
  • Always listen to the Marshall.
  • When your time is up, please leave the area and return to the back of the queue.
  • Once your opponent is knocked off, make your way off the Beam and re-join the back of the queue.

Wipeout Zone:

  • One person per podium.
  • Only 8 at a time.
  • Stand on podium while Wipeout is operating.
  • Do not stand, step, lie, hang on/off or push against Wipeout bars.
  • Always listen to the Marshall.
  • When your time is up, please leave the area and return to the back of the queue.
  • Once knocked off, don’t try to pull yourself up until told by the Marshall.
  • Maximum weight of 91kg per person can use wipe out.
  • Minimum height of 4ft to be able to use wipe out.

Mini SOARers:

  • Maximum of two toddlers per adult.
  • The session excludes the use of Wipeout.
  • Adults must not leave their children unattended at any time.
  • No drinks are to be consumed on the trampolines.

The Wall:

  • You must be 4ft aor over to use this piece of equipment
  • You must wear a headguard at all times during the use of this piece of equipment
  • You must not hold onto any of the moving arms – this will result in an immediate 3-strikes given and you will be asked to leave the park.
  • You must when possible land on your back when falling into the airbag
  • You must not perform any tricks or somersaults into the airbag – this will result in an immediate 3 strike given and you will be asked to leave the park.

Trampolining is an inherently dangerous activity so always jump within your ability. Stick to these really simple rules and enjoy safe, exhilarating fun for all the family!
