Within our Open Jump session you need to be a minimum of 4 years old. Our Mini SOARers is for 2-4 year olds. SOAR Families is for anyone aged 2 and over.

How long before my jump session starts do I need to arrive?

30 minutes before your allotted time. This gives you time to fill out any Safety Contracts that may not have been completed, purchase any socks you may need and watch the safety video in our briefing room.

Do I need to book in advance?

There are limited spaces per hour so we would always recommend customers book ahead to avoid disappointment. Expect a wait if you haven’t booked or completed a safety contract on-line.

Safety Contact – Does everyone who is jumping need to have one?

Yes. You are not permitted to jump unless you have signed our Safety Contract if you are over the age of 18 or by a parent/ legal guardian if under the age of 18. To save time, these should be completed at the on-line booking stage. You will also need to watch the safety video in our briefing room before proceeding into the main arena.

Do I need to complete a safety contract every time I come to jump?

No. Once you have completed a safety contract it lasts for 12 months.

Do I need to wear special socks?

Yes, SOAR trampoline socks are non-slip socks and must be worn by all jumpers for both safety and hygiene reasons. These are available to buy for £2.50. Once purchased, they are yours to keep and use again on repeat visits.

You need to wear comfortable clothes, sports gear is ideal. No jewellery or sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs are permitted on trampolines. Please note, it is essential that you wear SOAR socks, you will not be able to participate if you do not have these.

Can I come and watch?

Yes, we do not charge for spectators. Just remember to put on your 'non-jumper' white wrist band and you can either sit in the Cafe or wander round the platforms and get close to all the action.

Is my booking refundable or transferable?

What happens if I am late?

Once we have checked that your safety contract is complete and you have watched the safety briefing then you may continue with the remainder of your session. It is always advisable to arrive 30 minutes before your allotted time to make sure you get your full hour in the park.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the park?
